  • All weather heavy vehicle access to the site shall be provided and maintained at all times during construction
  • Site cost & connections based on land size up to 600m2, up to 300mm site cut (excludes Rock)
  • 1 concrete pump included for slab
  • Storm water and sewer connection within building allotment of 600m²
  • Connection to mains water supply from 20mm dry water tapping (up to 6m run in). Pressure at the meter above 600 KPA to have limiting valve Fitted at owners’ expense.
  • Underground connection (up to 10m run) from existing underground pit to mains electrical supply.
  • Single phase including meter box and switchboard up to 6m.

  • Upgrades may be required due to siting, orientation, structural and client variations. Additional costs will be charged accordingly
  • Double Glazing & Low-E Glazing due to the energy report will be charged separately.


  • Bushfire Assessment Levels are constantly under regulatory reviews and may vary time to time. The outcome of those regulatory reviews may affect the property information.
  • Additional charges will apply should land be deemed to be in a Bushfire area on title release. Additional charge will be applied by way of post contract variation.
